Casey Williams
Casey Williams has over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry and serves as General Manager of OB Builders Inc., with expertise spanning manufacturing, procurement, project management, estimating, homebuilding, and safety. In 2019, he partnered with OB Builders owner Bryan Dauzat to found Finish Line Interiors, Inc., a turnkey cabinet and countertop company focused on quality, accountability, and craftsmanship.

Karl Fuller

Karl Fuller, a North Louisiana native, studied Construction Management at the University of Louisiana Monroe and served in Desert Storm with the Louisiana National Guard. He has built a career in site work, utilities, and multifamily construction, advancing from Field Engineer to Senior Vice President and later owning a design-build and construction management firm. Karl has overseen more than 12,300 multifamily units across seven states, holds licenses in Louisiana, Georgia, and Florida.
